Great meter for the price
I have used several of these meters and am still using them to add meters to or convert Astron power supplies. If this meter is used as designed it is accurate and performs well. I have them also that will register negative values. It has large 0.8in digits. If you need two volts, a simple divider with pot would work nicely. All that is needed are good, accurate and compact 50A=50mv and 100A=100mv shunts to use with it. Thanks MPJA!! John

One little problem | |
I could not get this meter to display negative voltages when I tied the grounds together, so I had to drive it with an isolated supply. Since it lacks a 2V range, I also had to scale the input voltage with a 741 op amp. Its possible to replace the Ra, Rb, etc resistors, but accuracy suffers. I started with 4 meters, killed one by abusing it, and have a flakey digit in another one. A third one is doing a fine job in an RF power meter where it is rock-solid stable.

Great meter with single ended input
Its hard to find a meter that has a single ended input that is referenced to the power supply ground but this is it! I would have given it 5 stars if it had the 2V range. The website needs to be updated with the data sheet.
